Lazy Girl Salad Prep

Aaaahhhh! It's frustrating me to realize that I haven't worked out for two months now! I feel bad that I (literally) feel my progress all "melting" away. And because of my missed workouts, I TRY as much as possible to break-even with my diet.

Today I want to share with you the easiest salad prep, which has been my favourite since I'm always busy and I've no time to prepare for my meals. I would like to call this the "Lazy Girl Salad Prep".


I tossed in some greens, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries and some walnuts. To finish it up, I drizzled two tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette and that's it! Enjoy while the berries are still cold!
